LUCUS is a new italian medieval project of the brillant and talented musician Andrea Tuffanelli, collaborating with other musicians to produce a simple, yet intimate, musical setting that positions the listener in a vast depth of melancholic into the world of the ancient medieval past.

Meditation, is a word to describe this work, inspired in the medieval times and the traditional music. Cantiones Filicatae, that’s the title of this beautiful album, is composed of several original works as well as a variety of traditional pieces interpreted by the band, ranging from the early medieval periodis a wondrous mix of delicate atmospheres and an angelic soprano voice.
